After assigned users complete deliverables they are sent to the person that was assigned to sign off on it.
Additionally, for handover requirements it is possible to assign a reviewer before any evidence that is produced is sent to the accountable person for sign off.
Admins / Project Admins are responsible to identify and assign an appropriate to sign off a deliverable which could be a stakeholder, client or executive.
The nominated person for sign off has the option to “Accept” or “Reject” a deliverable. If it rejected a reason is provided to inform the owner of the deliverable what areas need to be addressed or improved.
